Cherry Macaron Pie

Enthrall your taste buds with this delicious chocolate pie, topped with cherries and filled with crunchy macarons. It doesn’t get any better than this recipe because it has coconut, chocolate, and cherries!

Servings: 5

Preparation Time: 30minutes

Ingredients:

Cherry pie filling, 1 small can

Pie crust (chocolate flavor, 10 inch

Chocolate chips, ½ cup

For Filling

Coconut flakes, 1 ½ cups

Chocolate chips, ½ cup, for toping

Condensed milk, 1 small can

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a flat tray spread coconut flakes, ¾ cup condensed milk and chocolate chips.

Cover the mixture with pie crust.

Bake the macaron pie crust for about 20 minutes.

In a sauce pan, add chocolate chips and the remaining condensed milk.

Heat the ingredients over medium flame until the chocolate chips are fully melted.

Pour the melted mixture over the macaron pie and allow cooling on room temperature.
